Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). Expect your package to be shipped out in the next 4 business days following the day you place an order. Should the delay be longer, we will contact you to let you know. Regarding international shipping, typical transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks.

EXCHANGE POLICY

You can return any unused product for exchange only within 7 days from the time you receive your order. The customer is responsible for transportation costs, unless the product is defective or an error occurred when sending your order. Only restocking products will be accepted for exchange
