5. Consent

By placing an order or contacting us, you consent to the use of your information for those specific purposes. The newsletter, analytics cookies and advertising cookies each require your separate consent, which you may withdraw at any time: the unsubscribe link in every email, the “Manage cookies” button at the bottom of every page, or by emailing the person in charge. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

Our site is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 14 without the consent of a parent or guardian.

10. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information: encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS), PCI DSS-compliant payments, access limited to staff who need it, strong passwords and two-factor authentication on our admin accounts.

11. Confidentiality incidents

If your information is accessed, used or disclosed without authorization, we act promptly to reduce the risk of harm. If the incident presents a risk of serious injury, we notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the people affected. We keep a register of all incidents.

12. Your rights

Free of charge, you may:

  • Access your information and get a copy

  • Correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or equivocal

  • Withdraw your consent to a use or disclosure

  • Receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format (portability), or have it sent to a person you designate

  • Ask us to stop disseminating or to de-index information about you, in the cases provided by law

  • Be informed of the information used and the reasons behind a decision, where applicable

Send your request in writing to the person in charge (section 2). We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days.

13. Complaints

You may file a complaint with our person in charge, who will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec: www.cai.gouv.qc.ca, 1-888-528-7741.

14. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version, with its date, is always posted on this page. For any significant change, we will notify you through a notice on the site or by email before it takes effect.
