Return and Exchange Policy (EN-CA)

Kiamika Fly Shop — Effective October 1, 2026

1. Exchange within 7 days

You may return any unused product for an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging. We offer an exchange for another item or a store credit; we do not refund returns made for a change of mind.

2. Eligible items

Only regular in-stock (replenished) products are accepted for exchange. The following are not eligible:

special orders and customized items;
final-sale or clearance items;
items that are used, damaged by the customer or missing original packaging;
[OTHER EXCLUSIONS TO CONFIRM, e.g., single flies, gift cards].

3. Shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the product is defective or an error occurred in shipping your order. In those cases, we pay for the return and the reshipment.

4. How to exchange

Email info@kiamikaflyshop.com within 7 days of receipt, with your order number and the item to exchange.
We confirm eligibility and the return address.
Ship the item with a tracking number, or bring it to the store.
Once received and inspected, we ship the exchange item or issue your credit.

5. Defective product or order error

If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong product, email us with photos. We will replace, repair or refund it, at your choice where the law provides.

6. Your legal warranties

This policy adds to, and does not limit, the legal warranties under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act. Any product sold must be fit for its intended use and durable for a reasonable time, given its price and conditions of use. Manufacturer warranties also apply where they exist.
