TERMS & CONDITIONS

Kiamika Fly Shop — Effective October 1, 2026

1. The merchant

kiamikaflyshop.com is operated by CÉCAUREL INC., doing business as Kiamika Fly Shop and Pourvoirie Cécaurel (NEQ 1143719939), 16512 chemin du Lac-Kiamika, Rivière-Rouge, Quebec J0T 1T0 — 819-275-2386 — info@kiamikaflyshop.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms, our Shipping Policy, Return and Exchange Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Products and availability

We describe our products as accurately as possible. On-screen colours may vary slightly. Products are offered while supplies last; if an ordered item is no longer available, we will inform you and refund that item.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST (5%), QST (9.975%) or the taxes applicable in your province, and shipping fees, are shown separately before you confirm. The total shown at checkout is what you pay. In case of an obvious pricing error, we will inform you and you may cancel the order at no charge.

4. Order and confirmation

Your order is confirmed by email. This email restates your order details and forms your contract. Please keep it.

5. Payment

Payment is made when you order, by credit or debit card, through Wix Payments. We never store your full card number.

6. Shipping and tracking

Monday to Friday, orders confirmed before noon (Eastern Time) ship the same day. Orders confirmed on a weekend or a federal holiday are processed the next business day. After the shipping confirmation email, allow up to 2 business days for tracking to update. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Exchanges and returns

Any unused product may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for a defective product or a shipping error. Only regular in-stock products are accepted for exchange. Details are in our Return and Exchange Policy.

8. Your cancellation rights (distance contract)

Under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you may cancel your order:

• within 7 days of receiving your copy of the contract, if we did not give you the information required by law before you ordered;

• if the goods are not delivered within 30 days of the expected delivery date (or of the order, if no date was set).

We will then refund you within 15 days. If you paid by credit card and we do not refund you, you may ask your card issuer to reverse the charge.

9. Legal warranties

Nothing in these terms limits the legal warranties under the CPA, which apply at all times.

10. Customer accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and your information accurate. Notify us without delay of any unauthorized use of your account.

11. Intellectual property

The site's text, photos, logos and graphics belong to CÉCAUREL INC. or its partners. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site, nor for delays caused by the carrier, customs or force majeure. This clause does not apply to a Quebec consumer where the CPA prohibits it.

13. Governing law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. They do not deprive you of any recourse before the court of your place of residence. The French version prevails; the English version is provided for information.

14. Changes

We may change these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to it.
